Privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026. Written to describe what this website actually does, not what a template says.

The short version

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not run advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it never receives your contact details, your assessment answers or your score. You give us personal information in exactly two places: when you book a call, and when you complete one of our assessments. In both cases you are told what is being collected, asked to consent explicitly, and nothing is sent to us until you press the button.

What this website collects automatically

Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, records technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability. We do not combine that with anything that identifies you.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how people use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example from a search or a link), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location at city level worked out from the IP address. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga so that it can tell a returning browser from a new one. It also records that a booking request was sent or that an assessment was completed, and which assessment it was. It never receives your name, email address, phone number, anything you write in a message, your assessment answers, your score or any other health information. We use it only to improve this website, not for advertising, and it is not linked to any advertising account. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it outside India; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it by refusing cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and the site works the same either way.

Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request when a page loads.

We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

When you book a call

We collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred time and time zone, and anything you write in the message box, together with your city and how you found us if you choose to tell us. We use this only to arrange and hold the call and to follow up on it.

The assessments

Both the Fourth Trimester Preparedness Assessment and the Postpartum Recovery Assessment ask questions about your health and wellbeing. Your answers are kept in your browser while you complete the assessment. When you submit your details at the end, your answers, your score and your contact details are sent to us and stored so that our care team can read your result, follow up with you and prepare for your call. If you prefer not to share your answers, close the page before the final step and nothing is sent.

Our website analytics records only that an assessment was completed and which one. Your answers and your score are never sent to Google or to any other analytics or advertising service.

If you tell us you have had thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, we show you helpline numbers immediately and our care team will try to reach you promptly. The assessments are not diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and are visible only to Woon Health's care team, who sign in with individually approved accounts. Clinical information you share with a specialist during a consultation is treated as confidential and is handled by that specialist under their professional obligations. Third-party services we use for messaging, such as WhatsApp, operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and assessment results for as long as we are supporting you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can respond if you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Care@woonhealth.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, tell us and we will escalate it internally.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes, particularly any change to how assessment data is handled, will be made clear on the page before they take effect.
