About Woon Health

Postpartum isn't 6 weeks.

It takes months, and sometimes years, for a mother's body and mind to fully recover. Woon Health is built for that whole stretch.

What we believe

Four ideas shape everything we do

01

When a baby is born, so is a mother.

Her recovery deserves the same care and planning as her baby's first year.

02

One care team working together, not separate appointments.

Your body, mind, feeding and nutrition affect each other, so our specialists look at all of it together.

03

Care that starts before something breaks.

We help you plan your recovery from late pregnancy, so support is already in place when you need it.

04

A hand-picked team of maternal care experts.

Every expert is trained specifically in maternal care, because postpartum recovery isn't general wellness.

Founder's story

Built by a mother, for mothers

When I became a mother, I realized something that surprised me. There was so much information about pregnancy and childbirth, but very little support for what came after.

I found myself piecing together answers: learning how to breastfeed through low milk supply, navigating endless pumping schedules, understanding how to get my physical strength back, and trying to make sense of the emotional changes that motherhood brings.

As I searched for better answers, I realized postpartum recovery isn't one problem to solve. It's the intersection of nutrition, movement, mental health, breastfeeding, and the countless small decisions mothers make every day.

My lived experience navigating postpartum, along with my training in dance, yoga, and nutrition, inspired me to build Woon Health the way it is now. My background in analytics taught me to question assumptions, look for evidence, and design solutions rooted in data rather than opinion. That approach shapes everything we do here.

"Woon Health is the platform I wish had existed when I became a mother, one that brings together evidence-based care, maternal specialists, and compassionate support, so mothers get the attention they had been deprived of for so long."
