Woon Health is a one-stop platform to support mothers post childbirth. We ensure you don't walk out of the hospital with a discharge summary but a structured care plan. Built for the fourth trimester and beyond.
Integrated Maternal Care
Every expert on this platform is trained specifically in maternal health — and your recovery is shaped by body, mind, nutrition, and breastfeeding together, not in isolation.
Postpartum therapy is different from general therapy. Our therapists specialise in perinatal mental health and understand the unique emotional, psychological and identity shifts that come with pregnancy and motherhood.
Our coaches specialise in postpartum recovery and have extensive experience working with mothers. They understand that following a fitness plan while caring for a baby is very different from training someone without these demands. We focus on sustainable habit-building, gradual progress and realistic goals — not rigid routines or extreme transformations.
After childbirth, your body has different nutritional needs. We don't believe in generic diet plans. Our nutrition guidance takes into account your pregnancy history, birth experience, postpartum symptoms and blood work to provide personalised, science-backed recommendations.
We believe successful breastfeeding should never come at the expense of the mother's wellbeing. Our lactation experts combine clinical expertise with empathy, helping mothers overcome feeding challenges while caring for both the baby and the mother's physical and emotional health.
Going back to work after having a baby comes with its own identity shifts. We don't believe returning to work should be one-size-fits-all. Our support takes into account your identity shifts, your pumping schedule and your mental readiness, so you return with clear, realistic expectations.
Built by a mother, for mothers
When I became a mother, I realized something that surprised me. There was so much information about pregnancy and childbirth, but very little support for what came after.
I found myself piecing together answers — learning how to breastfeed through low milk supply, navigating endless pumping schedules, understanding how to get my physical strength back, and trying to make sense of the emotional changes that motherhood brings.
As I searched for better answers, I realized postpartum recovery isn't one problem to solve. It's the intersection of nutrition, movement, mental health, breastfeeding, and the countless small decisions mothers make every day.
My lived experience navigating postpartum, along with my training in dance, yoga, and nutrition, inspired me to build Woon Health the way it is now. My background in analytics taught me to question assumptions, look for evidence, and design solutions rooted in data rather than opinion — an approach that shapes everything we do here.
"Woon Health is the platform I wish had existed when I became a mother — one that brings together evidence-based care, maternal specialists, and compassionate support, so mothers get the attention they had been deprived of for so long."
As you celebrate your baby's milestones, your own recovery deserves the same care and attention. That's why our programmes are designed to support you through every stage of your postpartum journey.

The Care Team
Each expert holds a specific role in your postpartum recovery — so your care is never generic.
Recovery Assessment
Physical healing, mental health, lactation, and nutrition don't happen in isolation — they overlap and shape each other. Our assessment looks at all of it together, not as four separate checklists.
Testimonials
Mothers across cities — in the first days, weeks, and months postpartum.
"Srimathy has been such a wonderful therapist during my postpartum recovery journey. She creates a safe, calm and understanding space, and every session with her has helped me feel lighter, stronger and more like myself again. Her support, patience and guidance have truly made a difference during a phase that can feel overwhelming at times. I'm also really grateful to Wo-Health and Tanu for creating a space that genuinely focuses on women's well-being and emotional health. The care, warmth and professionalism throughout the experience have been amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for support during postpartum recovery."

"I discovered Wo Health a few months into my postpartum journey and instantly connected with their mission. While I couldn't attend every single conversation in the mothers' community, the ones I did join made me feel incredibly heard, included, and valued. It gave me the strength of knowing I'm not alone in this journey of motherhood. I also took therapy sessions with Shrimathy, which honestly provided the warmest, least-judgmental space I've experienced in my 15 months postpartum. It felt like she truly understood my heart — a guiding light when I needed it most. I highly recommend Wo Health to any mother navigating this transition."

"The session on how a mother's brain changes during pregnancy and postpartum was truly insightful. As a mother, I knew that many changes occur during this phase, but the session helped me understand the science behind them. It made me more mindful and accepting of my own experiences, and helped me see which changes are permanent, normal and temporary. I strongly feel that sessions like these should reach a much wider audience — not just mothers, but also family members, caregivers and mainly at workplaces for working women."
